Orders & Downloads

How will I receive my digital files?

Once your order has been placed, you will be able to download your file immediately at the order confirmation page.

You will also receive an email containing a secure link to download your purchased files. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

I entered the wrong email. What do I do?

Email us with your order number and correct email, and we’ll resend your files.

I didn’t receive anything. What now?

First, double-check that your payment went through and that you entered the correct email. Then check your spam folder. If you still can't find your files, contact us.

Can I re-download my planner later?

Yes! Your download link remains active. We recommend saving a backup immediately after purchase.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted payment methods.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read product details carefully before purchase.

I was charged but didn’t get my file.

Contact us with your order number, and we’ll verify the transaction and resend your download link.

Product Compatibility

What apps can I use the planner with?

Our digital planners work best with GoodNotes, Notability, Noteful, and other PDF-annotation apps on iPads and tablets.

Does it work on Android or Windows?

Yes, as long as you use a PDF annotation app that supports hyperlinks and annotation (e.g., Xodo, Noteshelf).

Can I use the planner on my phone?

We recommend tablets for the best user experience, but phones with compatible apps can be used.

Product Details

Are these physical products?

No, all Lookitty Planner items are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Will my planner sync with my calendar app?

No, the planner will not sync directly with your calendar app. While we include a shortcut that lets you quickly add events to apps like Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, nothing you write in the planner will appear in your calendar app — and vice versa. The integration is one-way and does not support live syncing between platforms.

How does digital planning work?

Digital planning is similar to traditional paper planning, but it’s done on electronic devices like tablets, iPads, phones, or laptops. It helps you stay organized without the clutter — and saves paper too. Our planners are interactive PDF files with built-in hyperlinks, making it easy to navigate between pages. You’ll import the file into a note-taking app (like GoodNotes or Notability) where you can write, highlight, and plan just like you would on paper — but digitally.

The hyperlinks in my planner aren’t working

If the hyperlinks aren’t responding, you’re likely in editing mode. To use the links, make sure to switch to Read-Only mode.

In GoodNotes, the top navigation bar will turn white when you’re in Read-Only mode. Once it’s white, you’ll be able to tap hyperlinks to navigate between pages. Tap the pen icon again to return to writing mode.
